Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jin Seoul!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Yeyo Molero!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Micheangelo Fripello and Jeff Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Molero scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Seoul is trying to get back to half guard.
Seoul manages to get back to half guard.
Seoul is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Seoul trying to hold on to Molero's head to control him but Molero postures up.

Seoul looking for submissions off his back.

Seoul is defending against the submission attempts here by Molero.
Seoul has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Molero is working away from the top position though.
Molero wants to control but Seoul is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Molero is looking to stall here but Seoul recovers full guard.
Molero is looking to work some ground and pound but Seoul has wrist control.
Molero looking to sit in guard and control but Seoul gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Seoul passes into half guard.
Molero really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Seoul. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Seoul seems to be working for a kimura but Molero defends the submission attempt.

Seoul is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Molero is just riding it out for now. Seoul eventually gives up the hold.

Seoul shoots for a double leg takedown but Molero sprawls well. He's pushed Seoul's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!


Molero doesn't manage to clinch there - Seoul circles away.
Molero fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Molero shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Seoul defends it nicely.
Molero slaps away a takedown attempt from Seoul, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Seoul clinches up with Molero and pushes him back against the cage.
Seoul fails to pull guard.
Molero misses with a hook to the ribs.
Seoul tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Molero smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jin Seoul. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Seoul feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
