Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Clint Concrete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eduardo Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Clint Concrete! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eduardo Santos ! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Concrete gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Santos trying to stand up but can't free himself from Concrete's guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Concrete looking to control.
Concrete keeping moving, preventing Santos from controlling successfully. Concrete has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Santos off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Concrete tries to clinch but fails miserably and Santos counters with a nice body shot. Santos closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Concrete's guard. Santos engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Santos wants to control from the top but Concrete keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Concrete trying to control the position.
Concrete uses the ropes to get back to his feet.
The fight stays on the outside here - Santos looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Concrete keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Santos throws a nice looking combination but Concrete bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Santos tries to close the distance and clinch up but Concrete swats him away and circles back towards the center. Concrete wants to clinch up but Santos keeps it at a distance. Santos clinches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Concrete goes for a takedown attempt but Santos pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Concrete fails with a takedown attempt. Concrete fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Clint Concrete. That's going to take a lot out of him. Santos throws a head kick but Concrete moves out of range.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Concrete is trying to trip Santos . He has hold of a leg but Santos is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Concrete persists though and gets the takedown into guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Concrete stands up from Santos 's guard - Concrete perhaps looking for a knockout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Concrete misses with an uppercut. Concrete will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Santos is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Concrete's half guard. Santos wants to stand up but Concrete manages to regain full guard. Santos must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Santos postures up.
Santos postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Concrete working a defensive guard here.
Concrete bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Santos 's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Concrete pushes down on Santos 's leg and manages to get into half guard. Concrete uses his free foot to push down on Santos 's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Santos . Santos looks gassed! Concrete throwing strikes here but Santos is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Santos is squirming around, avoiding Concrete's attempts to control the action. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Concrete working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Santos looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Concrete! Submission of the night perhaps?
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Clint Concrete!
