Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Connors (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anselmo Ramon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anselmo Ramon is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Daniel Connors! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Anselmo Ramon! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ramon tries to clinch there but Connors circles away.
Connors is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Connors moves into the clinch successfully.
Ramon has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Connors regains guard immediately. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Ramon keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Connors's head. Connors avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Ramon throwing strikes but missing. Connors is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Connors wants to control but Ramon is keeping him busy. Ramon is trying to get back to full guard. Connors with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Connors's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Daniel Connors has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Ramon shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Ramon sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Ramon throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Connors wants to hold on but Ramon pushes him away. Ramon tries to control but Connors wriggling away. Ramon punishing his opponent with strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Connors is squirming around, avoiding Ramon's attempts to control the action. Ramon avoids the attempt from Connors to control. Connors tries to reverse the position but Ramon maintains control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Connors is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Ramon is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Connors has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Connors! Ramon looking to hit a scissor sweep but Connors is one step ahead there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Connors won't allow Ramon to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Anselmo Ramon dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Connors darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Ramon. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Ramon is trying to stand up here but Connors is controlling him well. Ramon is refusing to be controlled, as Connors sits in half guard. Ramon missing with punches from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round. Connors looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Anselmo Ramon has got the better of the ground game so far. Ramon tries to kick Connors off but Connors keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Connors is looking to take a break and control but Ramon is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Ramon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Connors. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Daniel Connors just wasn't active enough. Ramon shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Ramon throws a strike but Connors rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Ramon is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Connors is controlling him.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ramon can do anything to dispel that myth. Ramon is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Connors is controlling him. Ramon looking to control.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Connors fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ramon avoids it really well and circles away. Ramon keeps the fight on the outside.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Connors gets caught napping as Ramon dives in and scores a takedown. Connors manages to retain guard. Connors avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Connors lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Ramon! Ramon is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Connors controlling from mount. Ramon wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Anselmo Ramon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Ramon is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Ramon had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Connors defends it easily. Ramon keeping moving, preventing Connors from controlling successfully. Ramon controls Connors momentarily but Connors frees himself.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Ramon shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Connors is pressing down on Ramon's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Connors wants to sweep here but Ramon controlling him for the moment. Connors is working hard here to advance position. Ramon throwing strikes from guard but Connors blocks nicely. Connors wants to sweep but no luck.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ramon throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Connors works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Ramon cracks Connors with a solid left hand. Connors utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ramon scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Ramon throws a big elbow that misses. Ramon trying to control but Connors is working from the bottom.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Ramon looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Anselmo Ramon comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Ramon winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Anselmo Ramon wins by unanimous decision! Anselmo Ramon spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
