Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Frank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buster Asscap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Max Frank has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Max Frank!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Buster Asscap!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frank throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Asscap throws a shot from downtown. Frank moves away and avoids it.

Asscap closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Frank to the mat! Frank manages to get full guard.
Asscap working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Frank on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Frank tries to get out of the position.
Frank keeping moving, preventing Asscap from controlling successfully.
Asscap throws a big right hand that misses.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Asscap accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Frank has momentary wrist control but Asscap slips an elbow through the middle.
Asscap stays in close to Frank's body and controls the position.

Frank wants to stand and escape but Asscap is having none of it.
Asscap chips away with some ground and pound.
Asscap throwing strikes from guard but Frank blocks nicely.
Asscap is looking to work some ground and pound but Frank has wrist control.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Frank wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Asscap.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Asscap lands a nice shot to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Frank uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Asscap.
Asscap tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Frank was well out of range. Poor timing from Asscap.
Frank avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Asscap bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Frank's guard.

Asscap postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Frank knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Asscap on the ground.

Asscap wants to pass the guard but Frank is defending well.

Frank is staying active underneath Asscap, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Asscap wants to pass to mount but Frank is defending the position.
Asscap prevents Frank from standing back up.

Asscap not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Frank wants to get back to his feet.

Asscap connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Asscap lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Frank hang on?
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Buster Asscap showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


Asscap throws a looping overhand right but Frank ducks down to avoid it.

Frank shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Asscap's guard.
Asscap bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Frank's guard.
Asscap is looking to work some ground and pound but Frank has wrist control.

Asscap has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Asscap stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Frank swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Asscap seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Frank does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Frank is bucking up trying to escape but Asscap cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Frank is rocked!
Asscap postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Frank in real trouble here! The ref calls for Frank to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:35 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Buster Asscap!
Buster Asscap decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
