Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Paradorn Skiripan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stevens has chosen Enter Sandman as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Paradorn Skiripan has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Paradorn Skiripan seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Skiripan tries to clinch up. Skiripan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stevens is fending him off so far but Skiripan persists. Nope, Stevens circles away and we're back to standing. A head kick misses from Stevens. Some wild striking there from Stevens.
A bone on bone clash there as Skiripan blocks the leg kick.
Stevens loads up on a big right hand but Skiripan slips the punch. Stevens tries to bum rush Skiripan with a series of wild strikes but Skiripan uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Skiripan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Stevens fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Skiripan, pushing him back against the cage. A nice right hand lands inside from Stevens. Skiripan drops down looking for an ankle pick but Stevens pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Paradorn Skiripan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Stevens throws a one two combo.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stevens will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Skiripan doesn't manage to clinch there - Stevens circles away.
James Stevens seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Skiripan slips a jab and a cross from Stevens.
A combination from Stevens does no damage. Skiripan misses with a hook. Stevens ducked under it nicely. Stevens fails to land with a series of punches.
Stevens throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Stevens stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Stevens wants it to stay on the feet. Stevens misses with a jab, cross combination.
Stevens swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Stevens throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Skiripan.

Stevens looks gassed! Skiripan dives in and grabs Stevens's left leg, looking for a takedown. Stevens pushes down on Skiripan's head and hops out. Skiripan shoots in but no luck this time. Skiripan doesn't manage to clinch there - Stevens circles away.
Stevens lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Stevens tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Skiripan avoids a punch combination nicely.
A combination from Stevens does no damage. Skiripan darts in and clinches Stevens up against the cage. Skiripan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Skiripan feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Stevenss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Stevens clinches up against the cage. Skiripan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Skiripan shoots in looking for a takedown but Stevens manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Skiripan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Skiripan is looking to clinch but Stevens is avoiding it.

Stevens rushes Skiripan and presses him up against the cage. Skiripan pulls guard effortlessly. Skiripan is looking to sinch up a triangle. Stevens throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Skiripan's body to avoid the submission. Skiripan has instead reached around Stevens's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Skiripan arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
