Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adam Rabago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Gordon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Rabago! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan Gordon! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gordon tests Rabago's chin there with a solid looking shot. Gordon takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Rabago tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Gordon swivels and escapes. Some wild striking there from Rabago.
Rabago throws a right and a left that Gordon avoids nicely. Rabago shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Rabago thows a left - swing and a miss! Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Gordon moves into the clinch. A shot in the inside from Gordon. Gordon lands with a short head shot on the inside. A nice left hand lands by Gordon.
Rabago really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gordon lands a nice elbow. Rabago fails to pull the fight into his guard.
The referee is keeping an eye on Gordon - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Gordon throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Rabago being controlled against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gordon lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Gordon manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Gordon. Gordon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Gordon lands with a hook. Rabago tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Gordon gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Gordon lands a body shot in the clinch.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adam Rabago. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rabago is breathing heavily. Rabago tries to pull guard but Gordon holds him up against the cage and eventually Rabago drops back down to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gordon is stalling here.

Rabago tries to pull guard but Gordon forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Still in the clinch, Gordon scores with a nice short uppercut. Gordon softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Gordon lands an elbow just above Rabago 's eye. Gordon lands a left hand.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Gordon lands an elbow inside that Rabago shrugs off. Gordon's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Gordon is looking to clinch. Gordon wants to clinch. Rabago misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gordon.
Gordon is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Gordon tries to clinch up. Gordon rushes Rabago and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Rabago takes an elbow to the temple. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Gordon takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Rabago tries to pull guard but Gordon holds him up against the cage and eventually Rabago drops back down to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Gordon scores with a nice hook to the head. Gordon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Adam Rabago seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gordon wants to clinch up but Rabago keeps it at a distance. Gordon tries to clinch there but Rabago circles away.

Gordon unloads a knee to the mid-section. Gordon lands a nice elbow. Rabago is trying to pull guard but Gordon has him pressed against the cage. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Gordon. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gordon lands a left hand.
Gordon lands with a right to the head. Gordon will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Rabago up against the cage. Gordon lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gordon lands a nice shot to the body. Gordon has Rabago pushed against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dan Gordon dominated that round. The cut man is working on Adam Rabago's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Gordon plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Rabago fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Gordon to the ground. Rabago is now in Gordon's guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Rabago drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rabago jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Gordon throws a few punches from the bottom. Rabago seems unphased and he's got hold of a leg now - he's dropped back for a heel hook! He's got it! This fight is aaaaaaaaaall over!
