The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lundeby shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Quinn as he avoids it easily.
Quinn ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

and Quinn counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Quinn checks the leg kick nicely there.
Quinn lands a nice hook to Lundeby's body. Lundeby takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Lundeby is breathing heavily.
Lundeby throws a chopping leg kick but Quinn manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Lundeby takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Quinn throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lundeby stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Quinn has closed the distance and engaged Lundeby in a clinch.

Quinn lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Lundeby or not.
Quinn lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Quinn lands a left hand that snaps the head of Lundeby backwards.

Quinn manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Oh Lundeby is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Quinn unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Lundeby! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Quinn is unloading with more strikes now! Lundeby drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sean Quinn! Sean Quinn retains his welterweight title!
