Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johnjo Chipchase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lars Lynix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnjo Chipchase! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Lars Lynix! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lynix looks to land a combination but Chipchase avoids it well. Nice sprawl there from Lynix as Chipchase shoots in. Chipchase shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Lynix napping and manages to drive through into side control! Chipchase throws an elbow but Lynix slips to the side and avoids it well. Chipchase wants to control but Lynix is keeping him busy. Sloppy strikes there by Chipchase. Lynix dodges the ground and pound from Chipchase. Lynix dodges the ground and pound from Chipchase. Chipchase throws a strike aimed at the side of Lynix's head but Lynix avoids it well. Lynix wants to control but Chipchase postures up. Chipchase throwing shots but missing, from side control. Lynix avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Chipchase. Chipchase misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

That's one minute gone in the round. Chipchase is looking to take a break and control but Lynix is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Lynix managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Chipchase.
Chipchase in side control, throwing shots but Lynix defends. Chipchase working the head with strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chipchase in side control, throwing shots but Lynix defends. Lynix tries to buck Chipchase off but Chipchase is having none of it.

You can see the frustration on Lynix's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Chipchase scoring with punches and elbows. Chipchase tries for a kimura but Lynix is defending well. This has been an exciting period of action! Lynix takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Chipchase working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Chipchase in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.

Lynix can't do much from the bottom here. Chipchase working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Lynix avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Chipchase. Chipchase tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. The ground and pound from Chipchase seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Chipchase wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lynix keeps working. Chipchase connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Lynix some visible discomfort.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Chipchase throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Lynix works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Lynix is trying to stand.
Chipchase is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lynix doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Chipchase. Chipchase stops Lynix from getting back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Chipchase is looking for a kimura but Lynix is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Chipchase to get the leverage. Chipchase is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnjo Chipchase dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Lynix throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Chipchase on the side of the head. Chipchase shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lynix but Lynix pushes him off and we're back to square one. Chipchase throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lynix's waist but Lynix gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chipchase off to one side. Chipchase slips a straight right by Lynix. Chipchase shoots in and drives through. Lynix sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Johnjo Chipchase. That's going to take a lot out of him. Chipchase drops his hands momentarily and Lynix takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Nice takedown defense from Lynix. No joy for Chipchase on that attempt. Lynix lands with a hook. Chipchase tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Lynix getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Lynix throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Chipchase sees it coming and avoids it easily. Lynix misses the jab. Some wild striking there from Lynix.
Chipchase shoots in for a double leg but Lynix sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Chipchase tries for a takedown but Lynix sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Chipchase is trying hard to land a takedown here. Lynix sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Lynix dips to his left and cracks Chipchase with an uppercut! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Chipchase jabbing away but nothing is landing. Chipchase moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Chipchase shoots in looking for a takedown but Lynix manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Chipchase's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Chipchase walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lynix lands a lovely overhand right. Lynix looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Lynix might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Lynix lands a nice looking body shot.
Lynix cracks Chipchase with a good jab. Chipchase fails to land the takedown. Lynix throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Lynix lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Lynix sizes up Chipchase with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Lynix connects with a single shot there. Lynix listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Lynix lands a glancing blow to the side of Chipchase's head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Chipchase misses with a takedown attempt - Lynix sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Chipchase shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Chipchase postures up.
Lynix manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Chipchase manages to get himself to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lynix thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lynix drops back looking for a leg! Chipchase is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Chipchase manages to kick Lynix off! Lynix jumps back into Chipchase's guard. Lynix trying to control the position from guard on top but Chipchase is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Chipchase has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Lynix off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Johnjo Chipchase seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lynix misses with a wild combination.
Lynix lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Chipchase circles away quickly and effectively. Lynix scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Johnjo Chipchase is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Chipchase misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Chipchase throws a body punch but Lynix moves out of range. Chipchase takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Lynix moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Lynix tests Chipchase's chin there with a solid looking shot. Lynix fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Chipchase on the side of the head. Lynix throws a shot from downtown. Chipchase moves away and avoids it. Chipchase throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lynix's waist but Lynix gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chipchase off to one side. Chipchase fails with a takedown attempt. A left and a right from Lynix both land. Nice combination. Chipchase shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lynix sprawls well. Lynix wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Chipchase gets slowly back to his feet. Lynix throws a combination. Chipchase tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Chipchase tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lynix was well out of range. Poor timing from Chipchase. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Chipchase is defended easily by Lynix. Chipchase scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Johnjo Chipchase overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lynix is looking to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lynix keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Chipchase throws a strike but Lynix avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Chipchase trying to control the position from guard on top but Lynix is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Chipchase drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lynix looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lynix looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lynix! Chipchase gets back to half guard. Lynix is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Chipchase sees it coming and defends easily. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lynix is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Chipchase makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Chipchase. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lars Lynix showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Chipchase ducks under a wild hook from Lynix. Chipchase has a takedown stuffed. Chipchase shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Chipchase showed some decent athleticism there. Lynix wants to get back to his feet.

It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lynix defends it well. Chipchase not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Chipchase connects with a nice short shot to Lynix's temple. Chipchase works his way into side control. Lynix managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Chipchase.
Chipchase is putting a hurting on Lynix here, landing some big shots from side control. Lynix regains half guard, as Chipchase was trying to land strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chipchase looks to land a strike but Lynix avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Chipchase trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Chipchase with a flurry of punches that miss. Chipchase is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Chipchase tries to free his leg and advance position but Lynix is retaining full guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lynix is looking to stand up but Chipchase isn't so interested in that idea. Chipchase trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Chipchase won't allow Lynix to get back to his feet. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Chipchase accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chipchase working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Chipchase trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Chipchase throwing strikes but missing. Chipchase throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lynix works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Chipchase stops Lynix from standing up. Lynix takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Chipchase with a flurry of punches that miss. Chipchase drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Lynix dives on top into guard. Lynix preventing the sweep. Lynix trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Chipchase keeping moving, preventing Lynix from controlling successfully. Chipchase has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lynix can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Chipchase is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Lynix pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Chipchase is keeping the position for now. Chipchase can't keep his opponent in guard - Lynix advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lynix is looking for a kimura here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lynix is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
