Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bud Macintosh!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Thiago Cunha and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LeBlanc misses with a head kick.
Macintosh fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A leg kick checked by Macintosh.
LeBlanc lands a big head kick that sends Macintosh tumbling to the mat! LeBlanc takes a step backwards and waves Macintosh back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Bud Macintosh has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
LeBlanc connects with a solid leg kick.
Bud Macintosh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
LeBlanc misses with a low kick.
Macintosh throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Macintosh.
Macintosh shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says LeBlanc as he avoids it easily.
LeRoy LeBlanc has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bud Macintosh.
Macintosh shoots for a double leg takedown but LeBlanc sprawls well. He's pushed Macintosh's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Macintosh is trying desperately to land a takedown but LeBlanc is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Macintosh.
LeBlanc buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Macintosh fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Macintosh looks gassed!

Good leg kick by LeBlanc there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
That's one minute gone in the round.
LeBlanc lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Macintosh goes down and covers up as LeBlanc starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). LeRoy LeBlanc!

LeRoy LeBlanc really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that ĄFFĄKĘTIΘN logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
