Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between stewie stenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Jarvain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, stewie stenson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Jarvain!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
stenson connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Jarvain lands a jab-cross combination.
stenson lands with a nice combination. Jarvain backs away looking to recover.
Jarvain gets caught flat footed, as stenson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
stenson trying to control but Jarvain is working from the bottom.
Jarvain working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. stenson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. stenson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Jarvain has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but stenson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Jarvain wants to sweep here but stenson controlling him for the moment.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jarvain cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Jarvain can't keep his opponent in guard - stenson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Jarvain tries to get to full guard but stenson has control of the leg.
stenson takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Jarvain pushes stenson off looking to stand but stenson dives back in and keeps control.
Jarvain wants to control but stenson is keeping busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jarvain might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control stenson kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
stenson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jarvain on the ground.
The fighters are battling for position here. Jarvain manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Jarvain wants to stand and escape but stenson is having none of it.

Jarvain is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
stenson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. stenson lands a nice short elbow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
James Jarvain dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
stenson misses with a takedown attempt
and Jarvain counters with a takedown into side control.
stenson tries to bench press Jarvain off him but Jarvain keeps the position.
Jarvain tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jarvain has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Jarvain works to advance to full mount. stenson defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
stenson is in all sorts of trouble here.

Jarvain is tying to control. stenson wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Jarvain lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Jarvain postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have stenson in real trouble here! The ref calls for stenson to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
