Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nick House (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Harl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nick House! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Danny Harl! The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! House stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and House wants it to stay on the feet. House fails miserably with a takedown attempt. House looks for a takedown but Harl sprawls well. House shoots for a takedown but Harl saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nick House. That's going to take a lot out of him. Harl tries to close the distance and clinch up but House swats him away and circles back towards the center. Harl is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. House shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Harl defends it nicely. The fight stays on the outside here - Harl looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Harl misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Harl rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but House moves out of range and avoids them all easily. House fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Harl, pushing him back against the cage. Harl drags the fight down to the ground.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Harl is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. House postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. House is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Harl is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Harl has escaped and now he's on top! House lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Harl! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Harl keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
House looking to control but Harl is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harl is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. House with a couple of short strikes. Harl regains half guard. House has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Harl has hold of House's hands but House slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. House is trying to control. Harl wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Harl has one foot on House's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Harl shoots in but House avoids the takedown attempt easily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Harl is defended easily by House. Harl looks gassed! Harl looks to clinch and House counters with a nice double leg into half guard. House performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. House is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Harl is just riding it out for now. House eventually gives up the hold. Still in half guard, House seems content to control. Harl really doesn't want to stay on the ground with House. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. House is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Harl doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time House. House looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's four minutes gone in the round. House wants to control but Harl is keeping him busy. Harl is defending against the submission attempts here by House.
Harl is refusing to be controlled, as House sits in half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nick House dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Harl gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows House to score an easy takedown into full guard. Harl is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. House is aware though and is defending well. House trying to control the position from guard on top but Harl is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Harl looking to hit a scissor sweep but House is one step ahead there. Harl is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst House is controlling him. House works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. House is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Harl sees it coming and defends easily. Harl wants to get back to full guard but House has passed into side control. House is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Harl knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. House wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Harl, who protects the arm well. House wants to lay and pray for a moment but Harl keeps working. House in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
That's two minutes gone in the round. House cracks Harl with an elbow. That is naaassty. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Harl takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
House is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Harl looks calm but he's in trouble here. House gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Harl is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! House lets go of the hold and Harl can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Nick House! Our winner, Nick House, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
