Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jober Jobson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tommy Womack! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jobson loads up on a big right hand but Womack slips the punch. Jobson with a poor takedown
and Womack counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Womack stands up from Jobson's guard - Womack perhaps looking for a knockout. Womack throws a series of punches but Jobson avoids them all with ease. Jobson shoots and misses
and Womack counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jobson won't be happy with that. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Womack creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Womack lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Womack connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Jobson some visible discomfort.
Womack scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Jobson to see if he's OK. Womack in side control, just content to control the action for now. Jobson is looking to regain half guard here but Womack keeps moving and retains side control.

Womack tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Womack has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Womack ducks under a wild hook from Jobson. Womack rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jobson moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Jobson dodges the punch combination from Womack.
Womack shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Womack is pushing down on Jobson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Jobson is fighting to maintain full guard but Womack has managed to sneak the leg through.

Womack gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Womack uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jobson.

Womack gets control of Jobson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Womack will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Jobson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Womack looks gassed! Womack preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Womack works his foot free and advances to mount. Womack prevents Jobson from getting the reversal. Womack takes a little breather and maintains the position. Womack has control of Jobson's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Jobson regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Womack shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jobson's guard. Womack is working Jobson over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Womack working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Womack stands and steps away. Jobson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Jobson looks to score with a jab to the body but Womack is just out of range. Womack misses the shot to the body. Tommy Womack is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

 OK we're going to have a standup here. Tommy Womack hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Womack shoots in and bounces Jobson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Womack is breathing heavily. Womack is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Womack distracts Jobson with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Womack seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Jobson trying to strike off his back.

Womack thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Jobson being controlled here, momentarily. Jobson looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Womack advances to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Womack looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Jobson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Womack works his foot free and advances to mount.
Womack is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Jobson is surviving well by controlling Womack's body position as best he can. Womack controlling from the full mount. BOOM! Womack connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Womack tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Womack is in the full mount, landing strikes. Womack scoring with strikes but Jobson is staying in there. Womack landing strikes, looking to finish! Womack content just to control the position here. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The referee warns Jobson that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Tommy Womack showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Womack can't keep his opponent in guard - Jobson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Jobson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Womack on the ground. Jobson looks to land a strike but Womack avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Jobson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Jobson is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Womack managing to control the position. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Womack is on top in guard.

Womack throws a solid leg kick but Jobson takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Womack. Jobson avoids the head kick by Womack.
Womack bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Jobson's head backwards. Womack slips a straight right by Jobson. Womack lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jobson circles away quickly and effectively. Jobson misses with a hook.
