The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pejkaiya misses with a double jab.
Spico lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Pejkaiya backs up against the cage.
El Spico seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Spico is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Pejkaiya lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Spico circles away quickly and effectively.
Spico with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Pejkaiya to score with a decent uppercut.

That was a close round but I would say that El Spico will probably get the nod.
