Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Boy Bubby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabricio Costa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Boy Bubby!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Thiago Cunha and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bubby lands a head kick. Costa smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Costa takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Bubby throws a nice inside leg kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Bubby.
Costa tries to clinch up.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bubby. Costa does a little dance to reset his feet.
Boy Bubby seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bubby gets a clinch.
Costa tries to stall but Bubby uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Bubby breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Costa crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Bubby - the referee stops the clock and Costa gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Bubby. Costa manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Bubby lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Bubby clinches with his opponent.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Bubby takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Bubby throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Costas head.
Bubby stalling in the clinch.
Bubby swings wildly with an uppercut but Costa uses good head movement to avoid it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Costa jumps guard but Bubby stands there with Costa around his waist. Costa gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Bubby has Costa pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Bubby pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Costa tumbling to the mat - Bubby dives into Costa's guard.

Costa looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Bubby is defending well. Costa quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Bubby has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Costa celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

In his post fight interview, Fabricio Costa started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
