Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Nathin Q!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Anderson Chief!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Q.
Chief is letting Q control him for a moment.
Q is putting a hurting on Chief here, landing some big shots from side control.

Q tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Q has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Chief tries to bench press Q off him but Q keeps the position.

Q tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Chief tries to buck Q off but Q is having none of it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Chief sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Q works his way into side control.
Chief is looking to regain half guard here but Q keeps moving and retains side control.

Q is trying to get an arm triangle but Chief is defending well.
The referee asks Q politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Q prefers to stall for the moment though.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Q thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Chief is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Q moves into full mount!
Chief tries to reverse the position but Q maintains control.
Q putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Q with a couple of short strikes.
Q works his way to his opponent's back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Q tightening his grip on Chief, looking for the choke.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Chief won't enjoy being in this position. Q looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Chief is tapping - it's over boys! Q picks up the submission victory!
