Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ben Brawn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heinrich Dussander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dussander is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Gary Jules - Mad World (2011 Electro Mix). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Heinrich Dussander!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Daniel Cesar and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Brawn misses.
Dussander fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Brawn shoots in but Dussander avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Dussander tries to clinch up.
Dussander connects with the punch.
Heinrich Dussander seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice sprawl there from Dussander as Brawn shoots in.
Brawn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Brawn throws a series of punches but Dussander avoids them all with ease.

Brawn lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dussander circles away quickly and effectively.

Dussander tries to close the distance and clinch up but Brawn swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Brawn throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Dussander plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

and Brawn counters with a one-two to the body.
Dussander fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Brawn misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ben Brawn. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Brawn shoots for a takedown but Dussander saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Dussander is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Brawn swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Dussander scores with a nice hook to the head.
Dussander is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Brawn is keeping busy.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Brawn wants the takedown. Dussander is fighting it off but Brawn persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Dussander's guard against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Brawn lands a couple of decent looking shots.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Heinrich Dussander will probably get the nod.

Dussander throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A combination from Brawn does no damage.
Dussander throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Dussander scores with a hook to the body. Brawn takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Brawn dives in and grabs Dussander's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dussander pushes down on Brawn's head and hops out.
Brawn swats away the attempt to clinch by Dussander.
Brawn misses with a head kick.
Dussander throws a looping overhand right but Brawn ducks down to avoid it.
Brawn shoots in looking for a takedown. Dussander tries to sprawl out of it but Brawn keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dussander manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Brawn has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Dussander.
Good leg kick by Dussander there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Heinrich Dussander seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Dussander scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Dussander throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Brawn closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Dussander did well to prevent Brawn getting side control.
Brawn is stalling here. Dussander is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Brawn seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Dussander has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Brawn throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.

Dussander is putting a hurting on Brawn here, landing some big shots from side control.
Dussander tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dussander has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Brawn manages to get back to half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dussander tries to pass to full mount but Brawn defends it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Brawn is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dussander's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dussander's back!

Dussander is breathing heavily.
Brawn throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Dussander!

Ben Brawn overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Brawn is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dussander's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Brawn lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Dussander!

Brawn postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Dussander in real trouble here! The ref calls for Dussander to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ben Brawn!
Ben Brawn really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that RAW Nutrition * Recovery 159 : 60$ * logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
