Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Itor Lamope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Denton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lamope comes to the cage accompanied by White Knuckles. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Mauricio Rocha and Alexandre Firmino.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lamope throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Lamope darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Denton is on top in guard.
Lamope seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Itor Lamope has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Lamope fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Denton has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Lamope loads up on a big right hand but Denton slips the punch.
Lamope feints and then cracks Denton's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Denton down.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Denton is defended easily by Lamope.
The fight stays on the outside here - Lamope looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Denton shoots in looking for a takedown. Lamope tries to sprawl out of it but Denton keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lamope manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Denton misses with a low kick as Lamope jumps back.

Denton motions for Lamope to come forward. Denton throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Denton closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lamope's guard.

Denton takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Some bone on bone action there as Lamope checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Denton throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Lamope tries to close the distance and clinch but Denton swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Denton misses with an uppercut.
Denton throws a leg kick but Lamope sees it coming and moves out of range.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Lamope checks a leg kick.
A good leg kick by Lamope.
Lamope uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Denton.
Denton darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Lamope throws a body punch but Denton moves out of range.

Lamope gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Denton jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lamope walks away with a smile on his face. Denton gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Lamope clobbers Denton with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Denton throws a jab but it's blocked by Lamope.

Denton scores with a leg kick.
Denton staying out of range there.
A solid leg kick lands there for Denton.
Lamope tried to score with a low kick but Denton checks it.
Lamope swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Denton swings for the body but Lamope moves out of range.
Denton pivots, looking for a leg kick but Lamope is out of range and Denton settles back down.
Denton misses with a kick to the body.
Lamope checks the leg kick.
Denton tries to work over Lamope's front leg with a kick but Lamope checks it.

Denton just misses with a punch to the body.

No joy there for Lamope, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Denton swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Denton circles away from the clinch attempt.

Lamope wants to slow Denton down by chopping away at his legs.
Lamope's corner calls for a 1-2. Lamope obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Denton misses with a body shot.
Denton shoots for a double leg takedown but Lamope sprawls well. He's pushed Denton's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Denton walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Lamope checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Lamope throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Lamope moves out of range as Denton strikes.
Denton does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Lamope bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Lamope tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Denton is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Lamope maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Denton could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Lamope has cracked it and Denton is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Lamope!
