The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jaa tries to close the distance and clinch but Edwards swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jaa pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Edwards misses with a right hand
and Jaa counters with a low kick, right behind Edwards 's knee.
Edwards scores with a three punch combo!
Jaa lands a right hook to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Edwards scores with a decent looking hook.
Edwards takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Tony Jaa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jaa tries to clinch up but Edwards circles away and keeps his distance.

Edwards connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jaa's hands.
Jaa lands a nice leg kick that just misses Edwards's sensitive parts.
Edwards swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Jaa pushes off an throws an elbow but Edwards leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.

Jaa displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Edwards throws out the jab.
Jaa pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Edwards back to the ropes. Jaa follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Edwards tries to bum rush Jaa with a series of wild strikes but Jaa uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Edwards just misses with a punch to the body.
Edwards is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Edwards throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Edwards rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jaa moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jaa lands a head kick. Edwards smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Jaa connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Edwards to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Jaa!
