Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Mutt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John McLovin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Matt Mutt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, John McLovin!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Bruno Hogan and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mutt connects with a high kick.
McLovin swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Mutt.
McLovin swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Mutt uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McLovin.
McLovin missing with a left hand there. Mutt was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
McLovin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Mutt swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Mutt tries to close the distance and clinch but McLovin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

McLovin darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
McLovin wants to pass to mount but Mutt is defending the position.

McLovin is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Mutt defends it well.

McLovin might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Mutt kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Mutt throws a sloppy head kick and McLovin moves out of range easily.

McLovin wants to control from the top but Mutt keeps moving.

Mutt wants to get back to his feet but McLovin is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

McLovin is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Mutt to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Mutt shrugs it off.

McLovin with a couple of short strikes.
John McLovin has got the better of the ground game so far.

Mutt has left one of his arms exposed and McLovin doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Mutt screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
