Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mister Vengeance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clovis Alfred (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vengeance comes into the arena with Melt-Banana - Shield For Your Eyes, A Beast in the Well on Your Hand blaring out of the sound system. Mister Vengeance has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Leandro Rodrigues and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vengeance moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Vengeance throws a nice head kick!
Vengeance is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Vengeance connects with a high kick.
Vengeance closes the distance looking to clinch
and Alfred counters with a shoot takedown. Vengeance fights it but they end up in guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Alfred trying to control but Vengeance is working from the bottom.
Vengeance looking to hit a scissor sweep but Alfred is one step ahead there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Vengeance has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Alfred is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Vengeance.

Vengeance takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Alfred thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Vengeance's head.
Vengeance has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Alfred is working away from the top position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Clovis Alfred wasn't active enough on the ground.
Vengeance has closed the distance and engaged Alfred in a clinch.
Vengeance creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Alfred's defenses.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Crunch! Vengeance slams his shin into Alfred's torso.
Vengeance throws a head kick that misses.
Vengeance leaves Alfred with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mister Vengeance seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Alfred avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Alfred shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Vengeance but Vengeance pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Vengeance connects with a leg kick. Alfred looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Alfred is rocked!

Alfred is still on wobbly legs! Can Vengeance finish him?
Alfred takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Vengeance throws a head kick that misses.
Alfred has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Vengeance finds it's way round the side to connect with Alfred's head.
Alfred misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Mister Vengeance has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clovis Alfred.
A nice inside leg kick there by Vengeance. That's going to slow Alfred down.

Vengeance connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Alfred's hands.
Vengeance thuds his right hand into Alfred's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Vengeance circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Alfred drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Vengeance follows Alfred to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mister Vengeance!
Mister Vengeance spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
