Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Darian Gorman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bronson Celebrate! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Celebrate shoots for a double leg takedown but Gorman sprawls well. He's pushed Celebrate's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Gorman closes the distance and clinches. Gorman is trying to break the clinch but Celebrate has him pressed against the cage. Celebrate breaks the clinch.
Celebrate has managed to clinch.
Gorman misses with a punch on the inside.
Gorman manages to break the clinch.
Celebrate takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Gorman lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Gorman takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Gorman tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Celebrate avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Celebrate moves into range and connects with a jab. No luck for Celebrate with that takedown attempt. A punch combination from Gorman misses. Gorman lands with a kick to the temple. Celebrate shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Gorman chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Celebrate lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Celebrate closes this distance looking for a takedown but Gorman circles away. Darian Gorman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bronson Celebrate. Celebrate throws a right and a left that both miss. Gorman swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Celebrate counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Gorman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Celebrate is rocked! Darian Gorman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Celebrate looks gassed! Celebrate looks for a takedown but Gorman sprawls well. Celebrate is still on wobbly legs! Can Gorman finish him? No luck for Celebrate with that takedown attempt. Celebrate seems to have recovered his senses. Gorman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Celebrate moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Gorman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Celebrate. A solid leg kick lands there for Gorman.
Gorman doesn't manage to clinch there - Celebrate circles away.
Celebrate is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Gorman. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Gorman!

Celebrate takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Gorman moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Gorman moves into range and clinches up with Celebrate. Gorman is trying to break free. Celebrate breaks from the clinch.
Gorman has Celebrate up against the cage in a clinch.
Celebrate pulls guard successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gorman wanted to stand there but Celebrate had control of the position. Celebrate wants to sweep but no luck. Celebrate is working an open guard so Gorman takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Gorman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Celebrate swats him away and circles back towards the center. Celebrate is looking to clinch but Gorman is avoiding it.
Celebrate throws a lazy head kick and Gorman counters with a stiff right hand. This has been an exciting period of action! Gorman throws a head kick that Celebrate semi-blocks.
Gorman misses with a double jab.
Gorman tries to clinch but Celebrate moves away and Celebrate counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Gorman's guard now. Celebrate slips nicely into half guard. Celebrate performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Gorman actively working from the bottom here. Gorman wants to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gorman looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Gorman is looking to escape. Gorman on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Celebrate controlling the action here. Gorman tries to kick Celebrate off but Celebrate keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Celebrate drives through with a takedown into guard. Gorman wants to stand but Celebrate is controlling the position. Celebrate drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Celebrate jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Gorman isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Celebrate stacks Gorman on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Celebrate!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Celebrate scores with a couple of short elbows. Gorman regains half guard. Gorman moves into full guard.
Gorman kicks Celebrate off and gets to his feet. Celebrate misses with a head kick.
Darian Gorman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Celebrate slips a jab and a cross from Gorman.
Gorman misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gorman looks to clinch and Celebrate counters with a takedown into side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The referee asks Celebrate politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Celebrate prefers to stall for the moment though. Celebrate tries to advance to mount but can't. Gorman tries to escape but Celebrate is in control. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Darian Gorman will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Celebrate throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gorman's waist but Gorman gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Celebrate off to one side. Gorman clinches up against the cage. Celebrate breaks from the clinch.
Celebrate clinches up with Gorman and pushes him back against the cage. Gorman doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Celebrate dodges an elbow strike from Gorman.
Celebrate has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Gorman is trying to keep an underhook but Celebrate manages to get the takedown into half guard. Gorman pushes Celebrate off looking to stand but Celebrate dives back in and keeps control.
Celebrate controlling the pace. Bronson Celebrate has got the better of the ground game so far. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Celebrate connects with a nice short shot to Gorman's temple. Celebrate winds up and cracks Gorman with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Gorman pushes Celebrate off looking to stand but Celebrate dives back in and keeps control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Gorman gets full guard. Celebrate trying to control the position from guard on top but Gorman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Celebrate loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's one minute gone in the round. Celebrate has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Gorman is proving hard to escape from.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Gorman connects with a high kick. Celebrate moves into range and clinches up with Gorman. Celebrate tries to pull guard but Gorman holds him up against the cage and eventually Celebrate drops back down to his feet.
Celebrate turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Celebrate manages to end up in side control. Celebrate lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Gorman is trying to improve his position. Gorman wants to get back to his feet but Celebrate is dominant here and he's now got Gorman's back! You get the feeling that Gorman really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Celebrate trying to control but Gorman is having none of it. Celebrate controlling his opponent. Gorman somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet! A head kick misses from Gorman.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Celebrate scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Gorman gets back to half guard. Gorman pushes Celebrate off and gets back to his feet. Celebrate scores with a takedown into Gorman's guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Celebrate has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Gorman is proving hard to escape from. Gorman keeping moving, preventing Celebrate from controlling successfully. Gorman is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Gorman has had enough of the clinch but Celebrate keeps him there for the moment. Gorman wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Gorman looking to throw knees to the head but Celebrate is blocking nicely.
Celebrate tries to pull guard but Gorman won't allow it.
Darian Gorman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bronson Celebrate. Celebrate drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Celebrate escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Celebrate blocks a head kick by Gorman.
Celebrate tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Gorman swivels and escapes. Gorman wants to clinch and Celebrate counters with a nice double leg into side control. Gorman won't be happy with that. Gorman bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Gorman lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Left hook, right uppercut from Gorman. Gorman tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Celebrate takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Celebrate shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gorman pinned against the cage. Gorman gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Gorman rushes Celebrate and presses him up against the cage. Celebrate keeps control of Gorman as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Celebrate breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Celebrate shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gorman as he avoids it easily. Gorman takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
This has been an exciting period of action! Gorman tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Celebrate paws at him with a jab and circles away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gorman connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Celebrate momentarily.
Gorman gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Celebrate wants to control from the top but Gorman keeps moving. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gorman is on top in guard.
Gorman has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Celebrate is proving hard to escape from. Celebrate is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Celebrate is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Celebrate keeping full guard, as Gorman tries to pass. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gorman decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Celebrate, up you get! Celebrate takes a kick to the side of the head. Celebrate looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Gorman! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bronson Celebrate showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Celebrate bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Gorman misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Celebrate counters with a nice double leg into guard. Gorman working for a triangle but Celebrate defends it easily.
Gorman is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Celebrate is controlling him. Gorman pushes Celebrate off and scrambles back to his feet.

Celebrate bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Gorman is looking to reverse the position. Gorman is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Celebrate asserts his dominance and retains side control. Celebrate decides to stand back up. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Celebrate showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gorman.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gorman throws a one two combo.

Darian Gorman is winning the standup battle so far. Gorman lands a high kick!
Celebrate tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Celebrate shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Gorman manages to get to full guard.
Gorman wants to sweep here but Celebrate controlling him for the moment. Celebrate wants to control from the top but Gorman keeps moving. Gorman wants to stand and escape but Celebrate is having none of it. Celebrate works a leg free and moves into half guard. Still in half guard, Celebrate seems content to control. Gorman is trying to stand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Celebrate seems to be working for a kimura but Gorman defends the submission attempt. Gorman makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Celebrate has Gorman up against the cage in a clinch.

Gorman lands a right hand that snaps the head of Celebrate backwards. Gorman wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Celebrate has him pressed against the cage. Gorman tries to break the clinch but Celebrate is controlling the position. Celebrate prevents Gorman from breaking the clinch. Gorman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Celebrate shoots in and bounces Gorman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Celebrate trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Gorman wriggles free and stands up. Celebrate tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Gorman swivels and escapes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Celebrate keeps the fight on the outside. Celebrate closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Celebrate decides to stand up, so the ref orders Gorman to his feet. Gorman throws a head kick that half lands.

and Celebrate counters with a shoot takedown. Gorman fights it but they end up in guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gorman is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Celebrate is controlling him. Celebrate wants to control from the top but Gorman keeps moving. Celebrate won't allow Gorman to get back to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Celebrate cracks Gorman with a solid left hand. Celebrate stops Gorman from standing up. Celebrate landing with the ground and pound. Gorman wants to get back to his feet but Celebrate is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
And that's the end of the fight! Bronson Celebrate comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Celebrate has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
