Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Troy Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexandro Megaludis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Megaludis is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Zombie Nation. Troy Miller has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Troy Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alexandro Megaludis! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Anthony Taglia and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miller looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Miller has his takedown stuffed and Megaludis counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Miller is in trouble now - Megaludis has advanced to mount! Miller is in a horrible position here. Megaludis smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Megaludis cracks Miller with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Megaludis controlling from mount. Megaludis wants to control the pace but Miller is squirming around nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. You get the feeling that Miller really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Megaludis manages to capitalize on a mistake by Miller to take his back! A bit of a pause in the action here. Megaludis controlling the positon. Can Miller hold on?! Megaludis is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Miller is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Megaludis gets his way!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Megaludis tries to get the hooks in deep but Miller pushed the leg off. Megaludis controls the action. Megaludis's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Megaludis leaves Miller with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Miller shoots in for a takedown but Megaludis shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Miller looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Troy Miller. That's going to take a lot out of him. Megaludis thows a body shot but no joy. Miller fails with a takedown attempt. Miller tries to clinch there but Megaludis circles away.

That's one minute gone in the round. Megaludis has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Miller's face.
Megaludis has hold of Miller's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Miller manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Megaludis wants to control the pace but Miller is squirming around nicely. Megaludis prevents Miller from getting the reversal. Miller tries to lock up and control but Megaludis gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Miller remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Megaludis will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! You can see the frustration on Miller's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Alexandro Megaludis showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Miller lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Miller. Miller tries to clinch there but Megaludis circles away.

Miller fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Megaludis avoids it really well and circles away. Megaludis stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Troy Miller. That's one minute gone in the round. Megaludis closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. You can see the frustration on Miller's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Megaludis is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Miller is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Megaludis decides to stand up, so the ref orders Miller to his feet. Miller cracks Megaludis with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Megaludis instigates a clinch.

Megaludis has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Miller regains guard immediately. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Megaludis working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Miller knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Megaludis on the ground. Megaludis is looking to work some ground and pound but Miller has wrist control. Megaludis landing some decent shots from guard. Miller looking to control but Megaludis passes into half guard.

Megaludis decides to stand up. Megaludis shoots in but no luck this time. Megaludis shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Megaludis was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Megaludis takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Megaludis lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Miller hang on?

Megaludis can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Miller is looking to escape. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Megaludis is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Miller to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Miller shrugs it off.
And that's the end of the fight! Alexandro Megaludis comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Megaludis winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
