Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Algenir Mira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorge Dennis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dennis comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bark at the moon kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The key to victory for Algenir Mira has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Daniel Cesar and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mira tries to land a leg kick but Dennis saw it coming and moves away.
Mira swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Dennis counters with a nice body shot.
Dennis looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Dennis darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Dennis not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Dennis wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mira keeps working.
Dennis is trying to work for a kimura but Mira is defending well.
Dennis not doing much here.

Dennis seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mira does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Mira keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Dennis lands strikes from half guard.
Dennis trying to control the action but Mira is working from the bottom.
Dennis prevents Mira from improving his position.
Dennis trying to pass the guard but Mira defending well.
Dennis keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Dennis is pressing down on Mira's thigh, looking to free his foot. Mira is holding on for now.

Dennis passes the guard and advances to mount!
Mira is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Dennis with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Mira is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Dennis putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Mira takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dennis takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Mira knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dennis on the ground.

Dennis with shots to the head and body - Mira looks very uncomfortable down there.
Mira is squirming around, avoiding Dennis's attempts to control the action.

A big strike lands for Dennis! That's really hurt Mira and he's turned his back - Dennis keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Dennis jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

As Jorge Dennis got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: This is my first fight in this organization. I will be champion very soon and no one can avoid it.'.
