Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Daniel Rae! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Buakaw Por Pramuk! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rae circles away from the clinch attempt
and Rae decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Por Pramuk's guard. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Rae engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Por Pramuk is working an open guard so Rae takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Rae misses with a jab, cross combination.
Por Pramuk looks to clinch
and Rae counters with a nice double leg into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rae's corner is telling him to maintain position. Por Pramuk is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Rae is controlling him. Rae trying to control the position from guard on top but Por Pramuk is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Por Pramuk is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
 That's one minute gone in the round. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Rae showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
 Daniel Rae has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Por Pramuk tries to clinch but Rae moves away
and Rae counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Rae. Rae tries a knee to the head but Por Pramuk blocks it.
Rae wants a takedown.
Rae is breathing heavily. Por Pramuk is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Rae is defending well for now. Por Pramuk with a knee to the head.
Rae lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Por Pramuk looks like he's trying to stand up.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Rae slows the pace down in half guard. Por Pramuk wants to get back to his feet.
Rae is taking a breather. Por Pramuk says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
 The ref stands the fighters back up. Daniel Rae wasn't doing enough on the ground. Por Pramuk scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Por Pramuk looks to clinch
and Rae counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Rae trying to pass the guard but Por Pramuk defending well.
Rae is trying to work for a kimura but Por Pramuk is defending well.
Por Pramuk is looking to get back to is feet but Rae passes into side control.
Rae wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Por Pramuk, who protects the arm well. Rae trying to control the position but Por Pramuk is working away.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Por Pramuk is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Rae asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Rae is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Por Pramuk has escaped the position, nice work there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Por Pramuk wants to get back to his feet but Rae drags him back down. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Daniel Rae dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Por Pramuk doesn't manage to clinch there - Rae circles away.
Rae gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Rae blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Rae has had enough of the clinch but Por Pramuk keeps him there for the moment. Rae working hard to break the clinch.
Rae has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Por Pramuk is trying to keep an underhook but Rae manages to get the takedown into half guard. Por Pramuk wants to get back to his feet.
Rae wants to lay and pray for a moment but Por Pramuk keeps working. Rae controlling the action here. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
 That's one minute gone in the round. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Daniel Rae. Por Pramuk darts in trying to clinch
and Rae counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Por Pramuk! You get the feeling that Por Pramuk really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Por Pramuk is bucking up trying to escape but Rae cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Daniel Rae overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Por Pramuk is trying to stand up. Rae cracks Por Pramuk with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Por Pramuk has given up his back.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rae has Por Pramuk flattened out and is raining down punches. Rae lands punches and elbows. Rae controlling from the back.
Rae patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
Rae looking for the rear naked choke. And he's got it! Por Pramuk taps!
