Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Randy Roenick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Wheeler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Left hook, right uppercut from Roenick.
Roenick closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Roenick is stalling here. Wheeler is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Roenick seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Wheeler has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Wheeler has an Americana. Roenick didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Wheeler is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Wheeler hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
