Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger McMillan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roger McMillan is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tom Bob!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Roger McMillan!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bob shoots in looking for a takedown but McMillan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bob's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
McMillan thows a body shot but no joy.
McMillan fails with the takedown
and Bob counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps McMillan thinking.
Bob leaves McMillan with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Bob.

McMillan throws an elbow that misses. Bob uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in McMillan's guard. Nice move by Bob!
McMillan doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Bob stops McMillan from standing up.
Bob postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
McMillan lands a decent punch to the body there.
McMillan wants to sweep here but Bob controlling him for the moment.

McMillan manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Bob has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. McMillan is working away from the top position though.
McMillan has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Bob works to full guard.
Bob has his foot on McMillan's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. McMillan works his way back into a safe position though.
McMillan is pushing down on Bob's leg trying to pass to half guard. Bob is fighting to maintain full guard but McMillan has managed to sneak the leg through.

Bob has McMillan pulled in close to control his posture.
Bob bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in McMillan's guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bob not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
McMillan wants to sweep but no luck.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
McMillan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bob as he jumps to the side.
Bob closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into McMillan's guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Roger McMillan's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Our winner, Tom Bob, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
