Anson comes to the cage accompanied by ''South of Heaven'' by The Electric Hellfire Club. Castle is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by In Time. Seth Anson had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Seth Anson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Castle!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anson is looking to clinch.
Castle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Anson misses with an uppercut
and Castle counters with an inside leg kick.
Anson moves to clinch but Castle breaks away
and Castle makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Anson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Castle moves in looking to clinch but Anson pushes him off.
Castle jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Anson has Castle up against the cage in a clinch.
Anson blocks an elbow strike.
Castle tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Anson's elbow.

Castle breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Anson lands a jab.

Castle ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
A chopping leg kick lands by Castle.
Castle moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Anson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Anson enables Castle to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Anson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Anson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Castle landing some decent shots from guard.
Castle postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Anson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Castle controls the pace.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Castle might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Anson kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Castle accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Castle controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Castle lands a couple of decent looking shots.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

This has been an exciting period of action!

Castle lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Frank Castle dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Castle jabs Anson to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Anson misses the body punch
and Castle counters with a nice low kick that buckles Anson's knee momentarily.
Castle connects with a solid leg kick.
Anson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Castle lands a nice hook to Anson's body. Anson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Castle closes the distance and clinches.

Castle breaks from the clinch.
Castle has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Castle is looking to clinch.
Castle fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Anson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Castle gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Castle gets control of Anson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Castle will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Castle has his foot on Anson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Anson works his way back into a safe position though.

Castle is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Castle looking to hit a scissor sweep but Anson is one step ahead there.
Castle manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Castle wants to control the pace but Anson is squirming around nicely.
Castle landing strikes, looking to finish!
The referee warns Anson that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Castle is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Anson can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Anson is bucking up trying to escape but Castle cracks him with another couple of good strikes.


Anson is rocked!
Castle trying to control but Anson is having none of it.
BOOM! Castle connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Oh Anson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Castle can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Anson is looking to escape.
Anson seems to have got his legs back now.

Anson keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Anson is squirming around, avoiding Castle's attempts to control the action.
Anson takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Castle connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Castle is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Anson goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Castle!
