Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jan Kowalski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chew Bacca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bacca has chosen Chewbacca Noise as his entrance music. Chew Bacca will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Chew Bacca! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Sam Margolis and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bacca jabbing away but nothing is landing. Bacca lands a glancing blow to the side of Kowalski's head. Kowalski shoots in for a takedown but Bacca shows good takedown defense. Bacca thows a body shot but no joy. Bacca missing with a left hand there. Bacca pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Kowalski uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bacca.
Kowalski shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bacca manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Kowalski won't allow Bacca to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kowalski is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Kowalski prevents Bacca from getting back to his feet. Kowalski drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kowalski jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Kowalski might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Kowalski is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Bacca didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Kowalski is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Kowalski hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Jan Kowalski! After the fight, Jan Kowalski was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
