The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakahara throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Garrison's waist but Garrison gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nakahara off to one side.

Garrison shoots in and gets a takedown into Nakahara's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
