Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Calvin Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunu Bia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bia misses with a leg kick.
Bia lands with a slapping head kick.
Johnson misses with a kick to the body.
Johnson bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Bia steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Johnson. That one must have hurt.

Bia has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Johnson.

Bia's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bia crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Johnson - the referee stops the clock and Bia gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Johnson. Bia manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Bia takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Johnson throws a lazy right hand but Bia sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Johnson lands a head kick that bluckles Bia and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Johnson no doubt looking to push for a finish!
It looks like Gunu Bia has been cut.
Johnson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Johnson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Bia has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Bia blocks a head kick by Johnson.
Crunch! Johnson slams his shin into Bia's torso.
Johnson is looking to slow Bia down with leg kicks.
Johnson throws out a head kick that Bia doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Bia crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Bia's eyes and has decided to let it go on!
Bia is rocked!
Johnson throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Bia is still on wobbly legs! Can Johnson finish him?

Johnson misses with a head kick.
Johnson throws a low kick but it's checked well by Bia.
Johnson fakes the leg kick and cracks Bia in the body.
Bia throws a looping overhand right but Johnson ducks down to avoid it.
Bia seems to have recovered his senses.
Johnson lets loose with a powerful body kick. Bia will feel that in the morning.
Bia avoids the head kick by Johnson.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Johnson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bia.

Johnson turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

A head kick from Johnson lands but Bia takes it in his stride.
Johnson throws a leg kick which misses Bia's front leg but catches the back leg as Bia tries to avoid it.
Johnson lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Johnson moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Bia moves out of range of the body kick from Johnson.
Bia avoids a kick to the body.
Bia checks a low kick from Johnson.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Some bone on bone action there as Bia checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Bia throws an overhand right that lands on Johnson's shoulder, as Johnson tries to avoid the shot.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Calvin Johnson takes that one as he scored multiple knockdowns. Gunu Bia was lucky to get out of the first round.

The referee starts the count but calls it off at seven as Bia flops around on the canvas, clearly in no position to continue! This fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Calvin Johnson!
A relieved looking Calvin Johnson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
