Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lo Hung Sak!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lars Ruud!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sak takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
It looks like Lars Ruud has been cut.
Sak lands a slapping body shot.
Sak lands a nice hook to Ruud's body. Ruud takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Sak blocks a head kick by Ruud.
A solid leg kick lands there for Sak.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ruud cracks Sak with a good jab.
Ruud shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sak as he avoids it easily.
Ruud takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Ruud looks gassed!
Sak lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Ruud at a distance.
Ruud takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Sak fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Ruud.
Ruud tries to move into range but Sak moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Sak lands a big right hand that sends Ruud crashing to the mat! Sak stays standing though and waves Ruud back to his feet!
Ruud is rocked!
Sak drops Ruud with a big left hand! Ruud is injured, injured bad! Sak jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lo Hung Sak!
A very excited looking Lo Hung Sak rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
