The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Igor Prikhodko and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mogila manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Dufee on his heels. He'll look to pass Dufee's guard now, I'm sure.
Dufee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mogila is one step ahead there.
Dufee working a defensive guard but Mogila manages to pass into side control anyway.
Dufee is trying to control Mogila's posture but Mogila avoids it.
Dufee is not content to let Mogila control the position.
Dufee should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Mogila has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Dufee shoots in looking for a takedown. Mogila tries to sprawl out of it but Dufee keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mogila manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mogila moves out of range as Dufee strikes.

and Mogila counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Horrible takedown by Dufee or perhaps it was just good defense by Mogila which made him look bad.

Todd Dufee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dufee doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Mogila counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Dufee's guard now.
Stepan Mogila has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Todd Dufee.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee warns Dufee that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
