Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kicky Kickboxer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rauno Tonts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tonts has chosen DMX - Dog Intro as his entrance music. Rauno Tonts is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kicky Kickboxer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rauno Tonts!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tonts throws a nice looking combination but Kickboxer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Tonts gets a double leg takedown into Kickboxer's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Tonts stands and steps away. Kickboxer gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Tonts misses with a wild body shot.
Tonts just misses with a punch to the body.
Kickboxer gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Tonts.
Kickboxer fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Tonts to the ground. Kickboxer is now in Tonts's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tonts is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Kickboxer is controlling him.
Kickboxer missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Kickboxer looking to sit in guard and control but Tonts gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Kickboxer tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Tonts trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Kickboxer wants to improve his position but instead Tonts has moved into half guard.
Kickboxer wants to get back to full guard.
Tonts works his way into full mount!
Kickboxer tries to reverse the position but Tonts maintains control.

Tonts is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Kickboxer has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Kickboxer!

Kickboxer postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tonts is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Kickboxer postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Kickboxer trying to control the position from guard on top but Tonts is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Kickboxer is looking to work some ground and pound but Tonts has wrist control.
Kickboxer wants to control from the top but Tonts keeps moving.
Tonts avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Tonts bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kickboxer's guard.
Tonts postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Tonts drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tonts jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Tonts stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kickboxer swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tonts wants to get up but he can't break Kickboxer's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Kickboxer is trying to control the position but Tonts postures up.
Kickboxer on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kickboxer tries to get out of the position.
Kickboxer has momentary wrist control but Tonts slips an elbow through the middle.
Kickboxer looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Kickboxer pulls Tonts in close to prevent any damage.
Kickboxer has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Tonts has passed into side control.
Kickboxer is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kickboxer is looking for a sweep. Tonts is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Tonts is looking to stall here but Kickboxer recovers full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Rauno Tonts will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Kickboxer shoots in for a double leg but Tonts sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kickboxer takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Tonts throws a body punch but Kickboxer moves out of range.
Tonts misses with a jab, cross combination.
Tonts misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kickboxer.
No joy there for Tonts, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Tonts throws a right hand that Kickboxer ducks under and follows up with a left that Kickboxer also avoids with ease.

Tonts throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Tonts tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kickboxer swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Tonts throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kickboxer counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kickboxer connects with a nice short shot to Tonts's temple.
Tonts pushes Kickboxer off looking to stand but Kickboxer dives back in and keeps control.
Kickboxer tries to pass the half guard into mount. Tonts knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Kickboxer works his way into side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kickboxer working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

Tonts is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Kickboxer off and has taken his back!

Tonts patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
Kickboxer tries to escape the position.
Tonts looking to break Kickboxer's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Kickboxer remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Tonts will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
Tonts has the hooks in. Kickboxer is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Tonts is trying to stick to Kickboxer's back but Kickboxer is turning into Tonts. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Tonts's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Kickboxer.

Kickboxer makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Kickboxer passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Tonts sneaks back into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kickboxer lands a nice short elbow.
Kickboxer working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Tonts's thigh. Tonts counters though and makes it back to full guard.
Kicky Kickboxer overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Tonts wants to sweep but no luck.
Kickboxer avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Tonts keeping moving, preventing Kickboxer from controlling successfully.

Kickboxer throws a strike but Tonts rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

This has been an exciting period of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Kicky Kickboxer will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Kickboxer swats away the attempt to clinch by Tonts.
Tonts misses with the combination.
Tonts lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Kickboxer backs up against the cage.

Kickboxer has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Tonts's face.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Kickboxer knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tonts on the ground.
Kickboxer lands a big shot there that rocks Tonts but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Tonts's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Tonts takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Kickboxer is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Tonts is rocked!
Kickboxer postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Tonts in real trouble here! The ref calls for Tonts to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kicky Kickboxer!
In his post fight interview, Kicky Kickboxer started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
