Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Ragay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fedor Black! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rocky Ragay! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ragay manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Black on his heels. He'll look to pass Black's guard now, I'm sure. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Black escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ragay gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Ragay decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Fedor Black seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ragay uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Black. Black lands an overhand right. Black misses with a takedown attempt - Ragay sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Ragay closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Ragay breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Black. A telegraphed right hand from Black misses the target. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Black misses with a right hand and Ragay counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Ragay.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ragay lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Black backwards. Ragay pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Ragay shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Ragay was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Black is wriggling around trying to escape.
Ragay is in the full mount, landing strikes. Black is breathing heavily. Ragay controlling his opponent. Ragay has hold of Black's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Black manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Ragay postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Black looks a forlorn figure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Black is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ragay looking to control and managing it successfully. Black taking shots to the head. Ragay stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Black throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ragay stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Ragay fails with the takedown. Excellent takedown into side control there by Ragay. Ragay is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Black's shoulder. That is not cool. Black really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ragay decides to stand back up. Ragay steps back and let's Black get back to his feet. Black stuffs the takedown attempt from Ragay. Ragay gets slowly back to his feet. Black misses with a left hand and Ragay counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Still in half guard, Ragay seems content to control. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Let's hope that Ragay has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Black looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Black trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Ragay manages to pass to mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ragay is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Black is forced to tap! Great finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Rocky Ragay!
