Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darek Borkowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Borkowski has chosen Sabaton- 40:1 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Darek Borkowski is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mark Riley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Darek Borkowski! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Seu Braga and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Borkowski looks to clinch and Riley counters with a three punch combo that has Borkowski backing up. Borkowski nods at Riley to acknowledge the strikes. Borkowski wants to clinch. Riley shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Borkowski pinned against the cage. Borkowski gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Riley throws a shot to the body.
A head kick misses from Riley. Riley misses with a few strikes there.
Borkowski moves into range and clinches up with Riley. Riley throws a knee to the head but misses.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Riley working Borkowski over with knees to the body. Riley manages to break the clinch.
Borkowski tries to clinch up but Riley circles away and keeps his distance. Riley throws a series of punches but Borkowski avoids them all with ease.
That's one minute gone in the round. Borkowski tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Riley manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Borkowski pushes Riley up against the cage in a clinch. Riley's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Mark Riley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Borkowski gets in close and instigates a clinch. Riley lands with a short shot to the head.
It looks like Darek Borkowski has been cut. Riley manages to break the clinch.
Borkowski avoids a punch combination nicely.
Riley throws a hook to the side of Borkowski's head but Borkowski sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Riley avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Riley misses with an uppercut
and Borkowski counters with a head kick. That will keep Riley thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Borkowski ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Borkowski throws a head kick that misses. Borkowski looks gassed! Riley lands a nice hook to Borkowski's body. Borkowski takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Riley scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Sloppy strikes from Riley. Those never looked like landing. Riley misses with a wild combination.
Borkowski slips a jab and a cross from Riley.
Borkowski moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Riley looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Riley scores with a jab to the head.
Riley throws a sloppy head kick and Borkowski moves out of range easily. Riley instigates a clinch. Riley lands a hook to the side of the head. Borkowski tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Riley scores with a shoulder strike.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Riley has Borkowski pressed against the cage.
A short left from Riley. Riley is leaning against Borkowski and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Riley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Borkowski on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Riley has managed to clinch.
Riley lands a body shot. Riley can't get the takedown.

Riley connects with a good right hand that stumbles Borkowski. Borkowski circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Riley will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Riley closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Borkowski taking a breather. Riley is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Riley. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Borkowski goes for a takedown in the clinch but Riley prevents it.
Riley ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Riley no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Borkowski with a flurry of punches that miss. Borkowski working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Riley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Borkowski doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Borkowski manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Riley wants to stand and escape but Borkowski is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Riley dominated that round. The cut man is working on Darek Borkowski's cut. That's time! Back to the action!

Borkowski fails with a takedown attempt. Riley scores with the left hand. Borkowski knows he should have avoided that one. Nice body kick there by Borkowski. Borkowski takes a jab right on the kisser.
Riley moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Riley moves into range and clinches up with Borkowski. Borkowski is breathing heavily. Riley wants a takedown but no success here.
Borkowski lands with a light punch inside. Borkowski has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Riley after a bit of a struggle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Riley scores with a shot to the side of Borkowski's head. Borkowski taking a breather. Riley's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Mark Riley is winning the standup battle so far. A jab from Riley does it's job there. Riley throws a monster overhand right that drops Borkowski! Riley follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
