Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Papoh Bamoya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boom Boom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bamoya's entrance music is Lupang Hinirang. A fine choice. Boom has chosen Punks Jump Up to Get Beat Down as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom shoots for a takedown but Bamoya saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Boom closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Boom lands a nice knee to the body.
Bamoya tries to work over Boom's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Boom throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Bamoya blocks it with crossed arms.
Bamoya tries a knee to the head but Boom blocks it.
Boom gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Bamoya regains guard.
Boom trying to control but Bamoya is working from the bottom.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boom content to stall in guard here.
Boom won't allow Bamoya to get back to his feet.
Boom trying to control the position from guard on top but Bamoya is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Boom throws a big right hand that misses.
Boom keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bamoya's head.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Boom Boom.
Bamoya throws a body kick that misses.
Boom shoots for a double leg takedown but Bamoya sprawls well. He's pushed Boom's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Boom gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Boom goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Boom jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bamoya walks away with a smile on his face. Boom gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Papoh Bamoya has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boom Boom.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Bamoya has Boom pressed against the ropes. He pushes Boom back and as he springs towards him off the ropes, Bamoya throws a beautiful elbow that sends Boom crashing to the floor! Bamoya piles on the pressure with more strikes! Boom is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
