The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson fails with the takedown.
Henderson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Kabong tries to get to full guard but Henderson has control of the leg.
Kabong is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Henderson scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kabong on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Henderson lands a nice short elbow.
