Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chad Mendez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaanis Zadrots (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mendez's entrance music is Finsh em ALL. A fine choice. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendez defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Zadrots.

and Mendez counters with a shoot takedown. Zadrots fights it but they end up in guard.
Zadrots pulls Mendez in to control the position.
Zadrots wants to sweep but no luck.

Chad Mendez overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
