Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Carlos Ferreira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marreco Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ferreira might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Hate Me Now. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferreira rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Boy counters by moving into the clinch.
Boy wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Boy has eaten all the pies!
Boy tries to pull guard but Ferreira holds him up against the cage and eventually Boy drops back down to his feet.
Ferreira misses with a punch to the body.
Boy fails to pull guard.
Ferreira is leaning against Boy and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Boy obliges.
Boy tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Ferreira just stands there and leans against the cage.
Antonio Carlos Ferreira has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marreco Boy.
Ferreira is looking to control Boy's arms but Boy gets an underhook and turns him. Now Ferreira has his back to the cage.
Maybe Ferreira would be better served going for some more strikes rather than trying to control so much.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Ferreira creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Ferreira cracks Boy with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Boy looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Ferreira finish him?
Ferreira is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Boy can do to turn this around?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Boy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ferreira throws out the jab.
Ferreira fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Boy manages to avoid it.
Horrible takedown by Boy or perhaps it was just good defense by Ferreira which made him look bad.
Ferreira scores with a sloppy right hand. Boy should have avoided that one.
Boy circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Ferreira. Boy falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Ferreira!

A relieved looking Antonio Carlos Ferreira thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
