And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fiasco swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Fiasco is staying active underneath Karelin, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Karelin is keen to just control but Fiasco is a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Karelin cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Karelin's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Karelin shoots in looking for a takedown. Fiasco tries to sprawl out of it but Karelin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fiasco manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Fiasco takes a swing at Karelin's ribcage but misses.

Fiasco throws a series of punches but Karelin moves out of range.
Karelin is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Fiasco can do to turn this around?
Fiasco misses with a double jab.
Fiasco throws a push kick but Karelin slaps the foot to one side.
Fiasco lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.


It looks like Aleksandr Karelin has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oooooh!!! Fiasco has knocked Karelin down with a huge combo! Fiasco steps away and waves a wobbly Karelin back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


Karelin is rocked!
Fiasco misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oh Karelin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Fiasco closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Karelin! Fiasco dives in looking to finish! Karelin is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
