Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ken Shamrock!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shamrock slips a jab from Borgia.
Shamrock tries a low kick but Borgia avoids it.
Shamrock steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Borgia.
Borgia lands with a shot to the body.
Borgia cracks Shamrock with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Shamrock tries a low kick but Borgia avoids it.

Shamrock gets the takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Shamrock is chipping away with strikes.

Shamrock decides to stand up, so the ref orders Borgia to his feet.
Shamrock moves to clinch but Borgia breaks away
and Borgia counters with a nice uppercut.
Borgia fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Shamrock manages to avoid it.
Borgia lands a jab to the nose.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Shamrock takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Borgia lands a big uppercut and Shamrock crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Shamrock looks OK. Borgia waves Shamrock back to his feet!

Shamrock is rocked!
Joe Borgia is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Shamrock tries to keep at a distance but Borgia has taken the fight into the clinch.
Shamrock is still on wobbly legs! Can Borgia finish him?
A right hook to the body lands for Borgia.
Borgia creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Shamrock with a big uppercut! Shamrock tries to clinch up but Borgia pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Shamrock to the mat! Shamrock covers up and Borgia unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Joe Borgia!
