The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jackson is defended easily by Turner.
Turner throws a push kick but Jackson slaps the foot to one side.
A thudding body kick lands there by Turner!
Good leg kick by Turner there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
A chopping leg kick lands by Turner.
Turner throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Ike Turner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turner fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Jackson.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A thudding body kick lands there by Turner!
Jackson looks gassed!
Jackson takes one to the chin there.
Turner scores with a kick to the midsection.
Both fighters circling a little - Turner finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Turner lands a head kick. Jackson smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Crack! A monster head kick from Turner and Jackson falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Turner!
