Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ortiz to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Anderson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Ortiz's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Anderson keeping moving, preventing Ortiz from controlling successfully.
Ortiz throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Anderson works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Ortiz not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Anderson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ortiz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Ortiz lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Ortiz fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Ortiz has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Anderson uses from the top position.

Ortiz on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Ortiz tries to get out of the position.
Ortiz pushes Anderson off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ortiz is looking to clinch but Anderson is avoiding it.
Ortiz tries for a takedown but Anderson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Ortiz throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Ortiz shoots in looking for a takedown. Anderson tries to sprawl out of it but Ortiz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Anderson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Tito Ortiz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Anderson is trying to maintain a safe position but Ortiz gets an underhook and turns Anderson into the cage.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Ortiz takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Ortiz turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Anderson is letting Ortiz control him for a moment.

Ortiz is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Anderson is trying to escape and Ortiz transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Anderson is forced to tap! Nice work there by Ortiz! Very nice indeed!
