Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billiam Cooleridge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Pynchon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cooleridge might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to MC Pee Pants - "I Want Candy". Billiam Cooleridge has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Billiam Cooleridge! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thomas Pynchon! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pynchon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Cooleridge looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Pynchon misses with a few strikes there.
Cooleridge gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Pynchon decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Cooleridge's guard. Pynchon is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Pynchon controls from within his opponent's guard. Pynchon wants to control from the top but Cooleridge keeps moving. Pynchon distracts Cooleridge with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Pynchon must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Pynchon's corner is telling him to maintain position. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pynchon lands a couple of decent looking shots. Pynchon cracks Cooleridge with a solid left hand. Cooleridge keeping moving, preventing Pynchon from controlling successfully. Pynchon sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pynchon stands up over Cooleridge, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Pynchon wants to pass the guard but Cooleridge is keeping the position. Pynchon is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Pynchon working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Cooleridge working for a triangle but Pynchon defends it easily.
Cooleridge will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Pynchon stands up over Cooleridge, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Cooleridge is rocked! Pynchon with a nice head shot there. Oh Cooleridge is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Pynchon postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Pynchon showing good wrestling skills to control the position. This has been an exciting period of action! Pynchon postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Cooleridge covers up, he's hurt! Pynchon keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Pynchon and the ref steps in to end the fight! Pynchon can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Thomas Pynchon! After winning the bout, Thomas Pynchon thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
