The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gogaga throws a lazy right hand but Stellben sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Stellben feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Gogagas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Gogaga decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Stellben might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Gogaga is working for an americana but Stellben has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Gogaga was thinking about the submission.
Gogaga drops back, looking for a kneebar! Stellben looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Stellben looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Stellben!
Stellben wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gogaga keeps working.
Gogaga dodges the ground and pound from Stellben.
Stellben has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
