Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rickson Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dog Beta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dog Beta told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Emerson Jorge and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beta tries to close the distance and clinch but Gracie swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Gracie circles away from the clinch attempt.
Beta dodges the punch combination from Gracie.
Beta shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Gracie napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Gracie regains half guard.
Gracie preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.

Gracie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Beta's waist but Beta gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gracie off to one side.

Beta changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gracie tries to avoid it but Beta manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gracie to the ground. Gracie escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
