Deckard goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Andre Bastos has been cut.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Deckard, right into the meat.
Bastos thows a body shot but no joy.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Deckard throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Bastos stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Deckard follows into mount!
Whack. That's a big, big shot from Deckard! Bastos is out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Rick Deckard!
After the fight, Rick Deckard was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
