Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bjj Ftw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Payton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ftw drives through with a takedown into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Payton keeping moving, preventing Ftw from controlling successfully.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Ftw is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Payton is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Ftw shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Payton defends it nicely.

and Payton counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Payton throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Payton throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ftw was covering up waiting for the punch and Payton finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Gary Payton showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Ftw closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Ftw looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Ftw in particular looking to stall.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
