Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ari WW (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Azka Fermansyah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ari WW! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Azka Fermansyah! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fermansyah ducks down and throws a hook to the body but WW moves away. Nice takedown defense from Fermansyah. No joy for WW on that attempt. Fermansyah misses the jab. Fermansyah throws the left hand but WW avoids the punch easily. Fermansyah throws an uppercut from half a mile away. WW sees it coming and avoids it easily. WW with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Fermansyah to score with a decent uppercut. Fermansyah with a body punch. A glancing blow. WW takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
WW keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Fermansyah. Fermansyah pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces WW back to the cage. Fermansyah follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Fermansyah looks to score with a jab to the body but WW is just out of range. Fermansyah misses with a few strikes there.
Fermansyah throws the left hand but WW avoids the punch easily. Fermansyah misses with an uppercut. Fermansyah misses with a wild body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. WW defending well as Fermansyah loads up on a big left hand. Fermansyah swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Azka Fermansyah is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Fermansyah tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but WW was well out of range. Poor timing from Fermansyah. Fermansyah misses with a straight left. Fermansyah misses with a wild body shot. Fermansyah swings and misses with a hook to the body.
WW pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Fermansyah throws a jab when WW was well out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Fermansyah. WW does a little dance to reset his feet. WW bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. WW advances nicely into full mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. WW looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. WW lands a big shot there that rocks Fermansyah but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! WW landing strikes, looking to finish!
It looks like Azka Fermansyah has been cut. WW lands with some strikes. WW looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Fermansyah is rocked! WW controlling the position easily from mount. Fermansyah is still in real trouble! Can WW finish him? WW lands a heavy elbow.
That has opened up Azka Fermansyah's cut even more. Fermansyah tries to buck WW off but he can't manage it. Fermansyah seems to have recovered his senses. WW loads up with a big shot that hurts Fermansyah! He's pulled WW in close but WW has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Fermansyah survive? More strikes from WW and Fermansyah is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ari WW! Ari WW was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
