The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khalifman lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Khalifman is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Mokkelime scores with a couple of nice shots.

Khalifman fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Mokkelime has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Khalifman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mokkelime gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
